BY PLANE

Cracow has an airport and can be directly reached by plane from Chicago, Copenhagen, Dresden, Frankfurt, London, New York, Paris, Rome, London, Vienna, Tel-Aviv, Toronto and Zürich. There are also a lot of plane connections to Warsaw, from where many intercity trains run to Cracow.

The Cracow Airport is located to the west of Cracow at the distance of about 12 km from the city centre. From the airport two bus lines are available. The bus stops are just at the airport main building and in the town the bus stops are shown on the city map (bus No. 208 stops at the railway station - fare 2.60, bus No.192 stops in Lubicz or Basztowa Street - fare 2.20 PLN). Attention: the same fare for luggage. Taxi rank is in the front of the airport (price to the Cracow centre: 40-45 PLN). The travel time for buses is about 40 minutes, for taxi 25-40 minutes.

BY TRAIN

Alternatively, a lot of connections are available to Warsaw from where there are many intercity trains to Cracow. The travel takes about 2.5 hours. The Central Railway Station (RS on the map) and Coach Station (CS on the map) are located close to the city centre.

BY CAR

Cracow can also be easily reached by cars.

ECCM-2001 will take place on the CUT Campus, Warszawska Street 24, within a walking distance of about 500 m from the central Railway Station and about 400 m to the town centre.

Accommodation

All the participants who reserved their rooms via the above Agency are kindly asked to inform the Agency about the exact time of arrival and departure from Cracow. The Agency will arrange transport to the hotels from the Cracow Airport and Railway Station for groups of particiants. The corresponding information will be announced on the Conference web page.
